You know what I hate about press releases?
Reading a press release is like asking the president of a college political party group what they think of their presidential candidate. Anything good is blown out of proportion so it sounds untrustworthy; anything bad is left off.
You know what most bloggers hate about press releases? Press releases.
I understand why they are made and why they are written as they are written. Really, I get it. At the same time I wish those in control of The Golden Master Press Release would mix up the acceptable formula so people who read press releases because of work could be enticed instead of pitched.
