The Opportunity Cost

We get asked regularly by clients and friends, “what should I be doing with my time online?”  That is a really tough thing to answer because it is always case by case but the goal and real answer to this is hopefully as little as you really need to (yes, while maintaining a level of quality…).

There is so much to do in life and for the world that I would hate to bog someone down doing things that aren’t of value just as I would hate to do those tasks myself.  There is much value that can be derived through social media but there are also so many possibilities for value and so many people wanting your interactions because it provides them with value that you need to know when to say when.

The people at Beautiful Innovation did a great job of illustrating this point in a way that any casual web user can understand.
